Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.
You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your postal code and order ID.
- https://livthelabel.shipping-portal.com/rp/
- Choose the products you wish to return from your order.
- Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
CONDITIONS
A product which you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions:
- It must be in new condition.
- It must include the original Livthelabel garment tag.
- It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- It must be complete (i.e. together with all items such as a belt, ... Which came with the original product).
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- If you're returning items from a tied sale (Ex. Buy 2, get 30% off), there are 2 options:
- You return everything from the tied sale → We refund the complete amount.
- You return 1 article from the tied sale → Unfortunately, the 'tied sale' discount is no longer applicable. The discount given will lose its value when a refund takes place
REFUND
Once your return reaches us, and is in accordance with the conditions above, we will arrange for a refund within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to only make a refund when the goods have reached us.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order.
- If the order was (partially) paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued and sent via e-mail
- If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted if necessary.
